Threeaid is provided free of charge for informational, educational, and general modeling purposes. The platform, including all mathematical formulas, simulation tools, and downloadable reports, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
You agree to use Threeaid only for lawful business and personal purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the platform, nor may you scrape content or automate excessive queries that degrade service quality for others.
All original software code, UI design, trademarks, logos, brand gradients, written explanations, and documentation on Threeaid are the intellectual property of Threeaid and its contributors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to access the tools and generate reports for your internal business operations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Threeaid and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, commercial losses, tax penalties, or business interruption—arising from the use of, or inability to use, our calculators or generated reports.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
